MTC gives away 13 vehicles in SMS campaign
Yesterday MTC awarded 13 lucky winners with prize vehicles in the SMS and Vroom competition which started off in August and concluded on 25th October. Alongside the winners, the event was joined by the company’s commercial and marketing team and their media partners.
Since the campaign’s launch, each week was marked with a winning prize of either a Toyota Corolla quest 1.6 or a Toyota Hilux 2.0 VVT-I, the grand prize however was, a selection between a Toyota Fortuner SUV or a Toyota Hilux Double Cab pickup. MTC’s Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs Officer, Tim Ekandjo said “we always feel proud when we give back to our customers, for it is their loyalty and patronage that made us. This is thus a gesture with which we convey our gratitude and appreciation to the 081nation in the truest spirit of the MTC philosophy to make the connection”
The winners include Kamburi Hungamo (Divundu), Fillipus Alitinhu (Walvis Bay), John Charles (Swakopmund), Joseph Sheehama (Windhoek) Simeon Makili (Windhoek), Edward Inane(Windhoek), Modestus Embashu(Walvis bay), Aletta Eises (Mariental), Elifas Imbondi (Ongwediva), Hendrik Hayward (Mariental), Maswahu Dericus (Katima Mulilo), and Johannes Soreseb (Dordabis)
SMS and Vroom was the company’s largest campaign since 2009, the company currently has over 2 million sim subscribers and is the largest preferred communications choice for Namibians.
