Keep your skin hydrated and healthy by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. This helps in eliminating toxins from the body that enter through the environment, unhealthy food and drink choices, harsh cleansers and other products, thereby affecting the appearance of the skin. 

Regularly drinking water detoxifies the skin and body naturally from the harmful substances, giving you a more luminous and beautiful complexion.  

Remember, dry skin is more prone to premature aging and wrinkles as it tends to lose its elasticity very easily.

A balanced dietary habit provides all the essential nutrients pivotal for your skin health and fosters your skin’s resilience while obviating skin discrepancies such as loss of elasticity which is concomitant to aging. 

Fish oil is extremely essential for improving overall health and maintaining the young look of the skin as well.  Include fish oil in your regular diet at least twice a week. This will help in improving your ability to tolerate the harsh rays of the sun. 

Regular exercise ensures a proper circulation of oxygen and nutrients to different body parts. Hormones have a significant role to play in your skin’s health.  Exercising also balances hormones which can be beneficial for your skin’s health.

One of the best ways to postpone the signs of aging and look younger is to wear sunscreen. The younger you start, the longer you can avoid wrinkles and sun damage.  Apply a quarter-size dollop of sunscreen lotion to the face alone.  Apply additional sunscreen to the neck, arms, tops of hands and other sun exposed areas. 

These changes can be postponed to a great extent by following some healthy habits,  exercise such as yoga, providing fresh air to the body, having a happy state of mind, keeping the body cool and mind free of tension, and so on. 

Suitable skin cleansing methods aid women keep their lifelike skin colour, control acne breaks and promote younger appearing skin. Exfoliate your skin to reveal a level of fresh, fluent skin.
